Who we are
DONGJIA BIOTECHNOLOGY is a biotechnology company built on fermentation. Starting from strain selection and domestication, we process fruit and vegetable raw materials through controlled fermentation into food and ingredient formats with a fuller flavour profile and more readily absorbed molecules.
Our range covers fermented fruit and vegetable juice, fermented fruit jam, puree and beverages, together with deep-processed ingredients for food manufacturers. Through OEM and ODM partnerships we support custom formulation, private label production, co-development and flexible manufacturing.
Our aim is to turn the invisible work of microbes into dependable products: from naturally occurring microorganisms to everyday human health.
